t looks like Bassmaster Tour pro Randy Howell will have a new ride next year, and it'll be a big one. "It's called a ZTS," he said. "It's the new deal coming down the road. It'll open the door to a lot of sponsors outside the industry."
He described the system as a mobile living center. "It's 75 feet long – bigger " |
than an 18-Wheeler – but it's narrow and tall. And it's within DOT limits, so you don't have to have a CDL (commercial driver's license) to drive them or anything.
He can tow a Suburban and boat behind it, and plans to wrap all three. "There's quite a few pros getting into it. We'd like to be able to assemble them at the Bassmaster events, like they do with the drivers' trailers in NASCAR."
Howell didn't say who his non-endemic "wrapper" will be, or when BassFans will be able to view his rig, but did promise it won't be easy to miss." |
