Howell rig almost ready

Randy Howell told BassFan he'll fish the Bassmaster Elite Series next year. He's more than a step ahead of the wrap game though. He has a wrapped boat, truck and now a Purolator-wrapped ZTS. He totes his SUV and boat inside the ZTS trailer (pictured), which also includes a work area. The trailer is pulled behind a coach.
About the Elite Series, he said, "I was BASS all the way the whole time. |
I already sent my money in for the Elite Series. That's all I'm fishing – just the Elite Series and the Majors. I think BASS is the only trail that has the vision to put a professional angler out there who is really going to become a household name.
"I thought about the (Bassmaster) Southern Tour too, because it lines up good with the Elite Series. But I don't think I want to take on that much this early. We're having a baby on Nov. 7th."
And about his giant ZTS system he noted: "The ZTS won't be finished until sometime in January, but the trailer is done now." |
